2008 Kick Ranch Viognier

Aromatics – When you raise this glass to your nose the scent of gardenias on a warm summer night, fresh peeled peaches, and melon and vanilla crème transport you into another world.

On The Palate – In the mouth warm spices, lime citrus, stone fruits, and roasted almonds are wrapped in a flinty minerality, ripe tannins, and clean acidity. A wonderful mid palate and long finish make this a wine to linger over.

Winemaking -The grapes went straight from the vineyard to press. Only the free run juice was used in the final blend of this wine.

Barrel Program-The Kick Ranch Viognier was aged for 11 months in 100% French Oak. 
            67% One Year Old Remond
            33% Two Year Old Remond
